The Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling and the movies made from them constitute one of the great coming-of-age sagas of this generation. When Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 opens in theaters on July 15, it will mark the last installment in the most successful film franchise of all time. Here is a special opportunity to see the first seven Harry Potter movies on the big screen. These films, which have earned approximately $6.4 billion worldwide, will be shown in 35mm studio prints from Warner Bros., in the Museum’s beautiful 267-seat theater.
